Why do a detox?
Our world is not what it used to be. Environmental toxins sneak into our bodies through medication, water, pesticides, cosmetics, and more. A lot of this junk gets in through the gut, and gets lodged there and in the organs. In a pristine environment, the body can indeed detox on it’s own. Unfortunately, in the world as it is, we have to go the extra step.
We say the Immunity Mineral Cleanse is “more than a detox,” because it does more than remove the bad bits. It also adds essential minerals, soothes and restores damaged tissue, and primes the gut for biotic repopulation.
Follow this pre-cleanse checklist for the smoothest cleanse experience yet.
1. Order enough probiotics for your entire cleanse. The brand we like is HERE.

4. We also recommend getting any tempting sugar and dairy out of the house!
5. For an extra smooth transition, stop coffee and alcohol and start hydrating two days prior.
To pre-mix for one week :
Put 7 cups of water, 7 tablespoons of clay, and 3 dropper’s full of tincture in a blender.
Blend on high for 1 minute.
Refrigerate and enjoy 1 cup a day, before breakfast.
Do this weekly till your cleanse is done.
To make one day :
Put 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of clay, and 10 drops of tincture in a blender.
Blend on high for 1 minute.
Enjoy daily before breakfast, on an empty stomach.
The ideal diet for best and fastest results is a plant-focused of whole, fresh foods. Fasting is NOT advised, because you need the roughage to keep the clay moving. For someone who is already eating well, the cleanse does not require huge diet changes! Our chef has created a sample menu for guidance and inspiration.
DO: Eat lots of veggies. Aim for plant based proteins. Vegan is ideal.
DON’T: Eat sugar, dairy, or red meat. Watch out for sugar in drinks and sauces. Cut out coffee and alcohol.
BUT, VEGAN?: If you feel you need animal protein, add small portions of white meat, eggs, or fish. Small amounts of butter are ok.
BUT, NO COFFEE??: Cut back as much as you can without suffering headaches. It won’t ruin the cleanse in moderation, it’s just not ideal.
Water is super important! After your Morning Mineral Shot, drink an extra large glass right away.
Then follow with your personal hydration equation. To find it, divide your body weight by two to find the number of ounces you should drink in a day. For example, someone who is 120 pounds needs 60 ounces of water. Someone who is 200 pounds needs 100 ounces.
Take probiotics. Any high quality brand is fine. It’s important not to skip this step!
1. Exercise. Movement is important to get things flowing.
2. Drink lots of water! See above.
3. Eat clean and limit alcohol and coffee.
Alcohol converts to sugar very quickly, so it isn’t advised. Coffee is acidic, so it also isn’t advised. Get your caffeine from other sources as much as possible. If you use them sparingly, you will still reap benefits, but you won’t get optimal results.

- Increase the pills to 4 a day.
- Get moving. The heat created through exercise or sauna is essential to keep your digestive system flowing.
- Eat roughage. You may take a fiber supplement or a natural laxative, if needed.
Everybody is different. Use these guidelines to find the right balance for you.
-If you’ve had poor digestion for a long time, start with 1 pill a night. Otherwise, start with 2.
- If your stool is smooth (but not runny) increase to 3 pills a night. Then to 4.
- If you are having runny stool, decrease the number of pills till you find a balance.
- The goal is “stool like soft earth...not a mudslide!”
Nope! Keep going. The ideal diet will get you ideal results. BUT, you’ll still get results with moderate slip-ups. Even if you don’t lose weight, you’ll benefit by bringing down inflammation and re-mineralizing the tissues. And this will help with food cravings!
Do these four things alone, and you’re good to go. Just don’t skip any one of them!

No one should drink dirt! Medicinal clay, however, is not only OK, it’s incredibly good for you. Our clay is in fact ancient volcanic ash, compressed over time. It’s deep mined, tested and retested for microbes, and air and sun dried to avoid chemicals and preserve PH balance. Never accept a discount product when it comes to clay.
The Herbal Elimination Supplement is a non-stimulant gentle laxative. Most people do not have to change their schedules.
The Mineral Infusion Bath is perfect to soothe die-off symptoms (or anytime!) Use it on the second or third nights for a magnesium infusion that will help move out toxins and aid in repair. Use one whole bag in a bathtub, or half the bag in a foot bath. Warm, rather than hot, water is best for absorption.
